Fortus Team Gym was established in 2011 and, in its 10-year history, has been awarded 2014, 2016, 2017 & 2018 Boxing South Australia City Club of the Year and 2017 & 2018 Boxing South Australia Overall Club of the Year. In 2018 Fortus Team Gym Fighters won 7 state titles; winning 10 titles in 2021 thus far.
Our ambition is to be the most successful boxing gym in South Australia, producing high-performance boxers who have the desire and vision to achieve their dreams and goals. Our primary focus is to develop and support fighters to compete in the Commonwealth Games, World Games Championships and ultimately the Olympic Games.
The elite team of FTG Coaches, led by Head Coach Owen Hems, have over 20 years of experience and mentor a group of determined boxers dedicated to achieving their professional goals.
